Where is She?

Lost in the darkness, I wait for her;

She who holds the light that ends my torture

The woman in the cloudy white dress:

Who’s nowhere to be found

The whisper; my guide approaches and says,

"Dear child, sweet child, cry no more."

"Soon, she will come; soon, it will end"

Out in the darkness, stands a one bright light

A Light that glows and spills over all things malicious

And replaces them with all things pretty and blue

"Who is this?"

Out in the darkness, there she stands

With her smile that means the world

Her cold smooth hands that gets you jittery

Her soft mother's voice that sounds like Debussy

Her Heaven-scent hair as brown as chocolate

And her big sparkly eyes that take care of you

It's gone, the turmoil that once tortured me.

All that remains is the sun that grows inside of me.

It's warm and it puts me to rest

The woman in the cloudy white dress

She's here and she's beautiful

The whisper; my guide approaches and says,

"Dear child, sweet child, cry no more!"

"She's here, and your turmoil has ended."
